Anamnesis / AKA Mantra
(ah-NAHM-nee-sis, from the Greek ἀνάμνησις — sacred remembrance, divine truth, soul wisdom returning)

“I am held in the arms of the Great Mother,
safe, protected, and fully seen.
I am held in truth, in a love so powerful it is never ending. Unconditional.
Nothing I become expands this love, and nothing I release diminishes it.
From this unwavering holding, I step forward as who I truly am.
I am held in my wholeness.
In this womb of devotion, I am free and supported to rise into my full capacity."

Best used

during rites of self-reclamation, womb and body work, ancestral healing, initiations, or anytime you need to be held in unwavering devotion while stepping all the way into your own strength. Burn it as you rest, as you grieve, as you gather yourself, and as you choose to stand fully in your life. Think of it as a maternal field that will hold you in every iteration and season.

Scent profile

A rich, rose-resin ceremonial smoke that opens with the deep sweetness of copal and benzoin, unfolds into the lush, maternal heart of rose and melissa, and grounds into the potent warmth of sandalwood, cedar, and dragon’s blood. Blue lotus and ylang-ylang soften the edges, while galbanum adds clarity and resolve. The finish is enveloping, powerful, and deeply reassuring, like being held by something ancient that knows exactly who you are and all you are capable of becoming.

Botanical ingredients

A ritual blend of dark copal, white copal, frankincense, cedar leaf, rose powder, melissa, dragon’s blood, benzoin, sandalwood, galbanum, dragon’s blood, ylang-ylang, and blue lotus.

Once your incense charcoal is fully lit, glowing, and covered in a thin layer of gray ash, place approximately ⅛ teaspoon of your Sacred Smoke blend directly on top.

Allow the resins and botanicals to warm, release their aroma, and fill your space with their earth medicine and magic.

You may add another ⅛ teaspoon every 10–15 minutes, depending on how much smoke you enjoy.

Use with presence, intention, and respect.
Sacred Smoke is a living prayer carried on the air.

Never leave burning charcoal unattended.
Always place charcoal in a heat-safe, fireproof vessel filled with sand, salt, or ash.
While Sacred Smoke is all natural, it is not edible. For external use only.
Consider using ventilation where needed when you burn incense indoors.
Always use tongs to handle hot charcoals and heated incense.
