My medicine in this world is rooted in plants and earth alchemy. I channel sacred smoke, alchemical anointing oils and sacred sprays that hold an energetic frequency, one that can strengthen what you're calling in, support what you're ready to release, or help you connect more deeply with what you already know you need.
As a Smoke Priestess, I use scent as a portal.

How this works
It's magic. It's also science.
Scent has this wild, almost immediate relationship with the parts of our brain connected to emotion and memory. Our other senses have to move through more processing before reaching those parts of the brain. Scent has the master key. That is why a smell can collapse time.
One breath, and you're seven years old again.
When we intentionally pair scent with ceremony, intention or a specific energetic state, that scent becomes an anchor. Your body begins to recognize it: I know this place. I know this feeling. I know how to come back here.
